NAP Tax Credit Program

When you invest in the future of a person with a disability you may also be eligible for a generous tax break from the State of Missouri.

NAP CREDIT PROGRAM

The Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) is a tax credit program of the Missouri Department of Economic Development. Tax credits are awarded through a competitive process that considers a non-profit organization's quality and fiscal responsibility as well as the project's measurable outcomes.

Life Skills is honored to be a NAP recipient for a two year project.

The Project Overview
Eligible donors can receive a 50% state tax credit in addition to a federal charitable tax deduction for qualified donations.

Your donation will help Life Skills continue to offer people with disabilities the opportunity to find and keep a job. Nearly 300 people with disabilities that Life Skills Foundation supports are expected to benefit from these individualized services which include skills assessment, job development, on the job coaching and retention services. The project is necessary to provide uninterrupted, high-quality employment services.

Qualified Donations
Cash gifts of $1,000 and up and stock gifts of $5,000 and up from eligible donors to the NAP project provide you with a 50% tax credit on your Missouri taxes.
