Community Connections is the brainchild of a group of families. These parents of young adults with significant disabilities were very uncertain about the futures of their kids upon graduating from high school. In partnership with these families and their young adults, Life Skills agreed to design and implement this one-of-a-kind program which ensures that each young adult participates in learning work skills, community volunteering, and continuing education activities.
