Petition
We believe that all people with developmental disabilities belong in, and can be supported successfully in, the community.
We believe serving people in the community results in the highest possible quality of life for our fellow citizens who have a developmental disability.

Short version - all states receive a federal match (FMAP) on the expense of their Medicaid services to help cover the expense of those services. The amount the federal government contributes is about to be drastically reduced. If we do not contact our federal legistlators immediately we can expect services for people with developmental disabilites and state budgets to be seriously impacted. See below for the action needed!

The Summer Arts Camp has recently made plans to do collaborative activities with The Folk School of St. Louis, Black Cat Theater, and other surrounding Maplewood art businesses. This will expand the artistic experience of our students to not only visual art production, but all forms of art process. The camp will be starting in ONE month (June 7th) and we are enrolling NOW! On April 10, thousands of children with autism will be able to do something that for many of them was impossible until recently: go to the movies. They'll see How to Train Your Dragon at one of 93 "sensory-friendly" screenings in 47 cities across 30 states.
